Shop is a curated selection of products from brands we've chosen. Browse by department or by brand, and save any product as an element like anything else on Cosmos.
Is Shop available in my country?
Shop is available wherever Cosmos is. Prices are shown in US dollars. Whether a retailer ships to you, and the currency you pay in, is up to the retailer, so check their site before you buy.
How do I buy something?
Open a product and tap Shop. You'll be taken to the retailer's site to complete your purchase; Cosmos doesn't process payments or store your card details.
Who do I contact about shipping, returns, or order tracking?
Transactions take place off Cosmos, so the retailer handles your order. Reach out to the retailer directly for shipping, returns, tracking, and anything else about a purchase.
Why does a product say “Sold out” or “Product delisted”?
The retailer no longer lists that item. The element stays on Cosmos so you can keep it in your collections, but the link to buy is disabled.
Can I turn Shop off?
Shop is a curated section of Cosmos, not something woven into your saves or your for you feed. There isn't a setting to hide the Shop tab, but using Cosmos without it doesn't change the rest of your experience.
I'm a brand. How do I get my products on Shop?
Products on Shop are curated in-house by our team, so there isn't a way to submit or add products yourself. We're always on the lookout for great brands — feel free to email [email protected] and we'll keep your details on file.
